Right Time for Trim Installation

It is not a good idea to replace the trim on your house after you have installed a new roof. The reason behind this is when you nail the shingles, some of the nails have to go through the trim in order to secure the shingles properly.

After the roof is installed, in order to replace that trim, you have to break the seal on the shingles to get the nails out. While you are doing it, you are damaging the roof shingles. We had a relatively small roofing job to replace about 100 sq ft section of the original roofing on our home that was poorly done and had stains, exposed flashing and mismatched silicone covering the exposed nail heads.Corey & Corey completed the job in just a few hours with a crew of four. It was done perfectly & professionally and the site was left clean of any debris. Communication throughout the process was excellent which is not common amongst most contractors, and the price was fair as well.I would highly recommend contacting Corey & Corey.

We have a Cape house in New Seabury. Recently I noticed on the Ring camera that there were several roof shingles on the grass that had been blown off by high winds. I called Corey & Corey roofers in Mashpee to inquire about a roof repair.
